Our Managing Partner, Zev Nadler, entered the drone industry after founding and successfully exiting an IT firm, as well as Arizona’s still #1 Desert Tour company.

From 2014 to 2021, our primary focus was aerial cinematography and commercial content production, delivering marketing and promotional media for organizations within the Real Estate and Firearms sectors. During this period, we closely tracked where key segments of the industry were heading and positioned ourselves to contribute to that development.

In Q3 2021, we launched our consulting practice, advising domestic and international manufacturers on market entry, DIU solicitation strategy, and strategic partnerships.

In 2023, Nadler was invited by the National Security Council to present a CUAS solution at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building to representatives from DHS S&T, CBP, FAA, and other agencies.

Since 2023, Counter UAS (CUAS) detection technologies have expanded considerably. However, prior to Q1 2026, only four federal agencies — the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of War (DOW), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Department of Energy (DOE) — had been granted statutory relief from existing laws, permitting them to employ active mitigation methods.

As a result, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) law enforcement agencies were unable to deploy comparable ACTIVE mitigation capabilities for a period of 3+ years, until the SAFER SKIES Act (SSA) became part of the FY2026 National Defense Authorization Act, establishing a formal framework for CUAS detection and mitigation authority.

That gap gave rise to a robust passive detection market for SLTT as well as commercial entities, with numerous manufacturers offering a range of solutions. However, evaluating these offerings across modalities, features, coverage, licensing, upgrades, etc., continues to be a substantial undertaking for the inexperienced.
